The Moments That Matter | The Doyle Family Film

It was a warm summer evening in Houston, and all we did was hang out. I had such a lovely time with the Doyle family, and I'm incredibly thankful to have met them. Brian and his lovely wife, Nikki (yes, her name is awesome!), have built such a beautiful loving family, and I felt it from the moment I stepped through their front door and Nikki and little Bennett were there to greet me. The love that they both have for their beautiful little ones was written all over their faces and showed in every tender touch. Little Bennett is over the moon in love with his daddy and wants to do all of the things, acting as daddy’s little shadow and helper. Sweet baby Brielle was all smiles and lit up so bright anytime her momma and daddy looked her way. It was all such a beautiful thing to witness, and see the strength of their love for one another.

They played with trains, hung out on the swings, slid down the slides, and they even flew a drone! Little Bennett did a stellar job at pretending to fly the drone with the video game controller. Speaking of, just wait until you see the adorable way he and his daddy played their little racing game. It was so hard not to giggle through their entire playtime. You've gotta see it! I loved seeing them enjoy each other, and it was such an honor to curate this film for such an incredible and inspiring family!

I just love the words that Nikki shared about her family film. She says,

“From the very beginning, all the way to the end of our video- my whole family was in tears of pure happiness. My tears continued for a while after because it was so PERFECT! [Nikki} captured SO many special moments that I’ve only wished I could capture and hold on to for forever. I wish I could put into words how much I appreciate what Nikki did for my family. This video is something that will forever make me smile and happy cry... a lot ❤️ ”

These are the moments that mean the most. These are the moments that our memories are encircled in. This is the love that we should all hold so tightly to, and savor every second of it. This life, the time we have together right now, is what deserves to be documented and preserved to look back on for years to come.

Thank you to the amazing Doyle family for inviting me into your home. I loved every moment of our evening together, and having a front row seat to all of the love you have for each other, and all of the silliness that puts those incredible smiles on your faces. I just adore you all!
